Global Partners is operated by Global Partners LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Idaho, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

Which services this covers

Global Partners LLC operates a number of services under different trading names (“doing business as”, or DBA). This document applies to all of them — every service, website and application we operate, including glblpartners.com — unless a particular service states otherwise in its own terms.

Wherever this document says “we”, “us” or “the service”, it means Global Partners LLC acting through whichever of our services you used. You do not need to know the trading name to exercise any right described here.

1. The short version

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: who you are, how to reach you, and what you asked us to watch.
You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time.

2. Information we collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask you not to send it to us.

3. How we use it

To operate, secure and support the service

To detect, investigate and prevent abuse, fraud and technical faults

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on our sites.

4. We do not sell or share your personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose it to third parties for their own marketing or other independent purposes. We share it only with the service providers listed below, strictly to run the service on our behalf and under contract, or where the law requires it.

5. Service providers we use

These providers process data on our instructions only. They may not use it for their own purposes.

6. Where your data is stored

Your account data is stored in Canada, and other parts of the service run in the United States. If you use the service from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

7. How long we keep it

Account data — for as long as your account is open, then deleted or anonymised within 90 days of closure.
Consent records — retained after closure where we are required to evidence that consent was given, for example for text messaging.
Security and transaction logs — typically up to 12 months, longer where required for legal or accounting reasons.

8. Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Correct information that is wrong
Delete your account and associated data
Stop sending you messages

Email privacy@glblpartners.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents

Under the CCPA/CPRA you have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights above apply and are exercised the same way.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, and passwordless sign-in so that no password of yours is stored by us. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as required by law.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects your rights, notify you directly.
